Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive, empowering environment where British Asians, Muslims, and diverse minority athletes can thrive and excel in netball. We are dedicated to removing barriers to participation and providing access to high-quality training, support, and competitive opportunities that inspire athletes at every level. Through our structured pathways, we aim to foster talent, instill confidence, and cultivate a lifelong love for the sport. We are committed to elevating netball as a platform for personal and athletic growth, using it as a powerful tool to promote diversity, community connection, and representation. CRNA strives to shape a generation of athletes who are both skilled and socially aware, inspiring change within their communities and contributing to the broader landscape of netball on a global scale.

Our commitment to international partnerships, allows us to provide our athletes with unique opportunities that expand their horizons, build cross-cultural connections, and inspire them to make a difference on and off the court.

OUR STRATEGY

Structured Pathways – We offer both Performance and Social Competitive Pathways to cater to different athlete goals, grassroots engagement to international competition.

Community and Partnership Building – By partnering with organizations like the Pakistan Netball Federation and engaging with England Netball, we expand opportunities for our athletes and enhance cultural connections.

Promoting Diversity and Recognition – As winners of England Netball’s ONE Award for inclusion, CRNA is dedicated to maintaining a welcoming, high-standard environment and actively advocating for minority representation in netball, setting an example on both national and international stages.
